Discover what we're up to

Mary, a semi retired nurse working with terminally ill patients, approached us looking for a small, quiet place to take a break and eventually retire to.

We found her an idyllic spot in one of the villages above the town of Coja.

The buildings comprised of a single bedroomed stone built shell with a tiny lounge below nestled into the side of a hill with a wooden chalet lower down and a small river flowing past.

As a nurse her pay was non too great so finance was critical and she had a very limited budget.

However, because the property was small we were able to complete the work to our normal high standard-the only one we have- and come in on a price below what she had budgeted for so everyone was happy, most especially the client.
